Basic Rehabilitation Education Workshop

B.R.E.W. is an interactive program covering a multitude of species and topics, including hands-on stations. The workshop is great for new rehabilitators, volunteers; and those interested in getting permitted or learning more about wildlife rehabilitation.

Cadavers will be utilized for hands-on portions. Cadavers will be wild animals that were unfortunately not able to be successfully rehabilitated or died. No animals were euthanized for the purpose of this learning experience.

Every participant will be provided with a certificate of attendance which can be used for wildlife rehabilitation continuing education requirements.

There will be shared rooms (bunk beds) and bathroom facilities. You can check in Friday night between 5pm – 9pm.

Registration includes Friday & Saturday overnight accommodations and meals (Saturday breakfast, lunch, & dinner, Sunday breakfast and lunch). Please let us know of any dietary restrictions with registration. Bring your own sleeping bag/bed linens, pillow, and towel. You can rent linens for $10.
